What a wonderful park I wish to move here soon after the sale of my house goes through. I do hope that one of the many new homes are still available. Peaceful, quiet, lovely scenery with great wildlife and fantastic views and the current residents seemed extremely friendly. All of the Cots Castle Team seemed very accommodating and very helpful.

We moved here last year and it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. The village is quiet, well-kept, and the neighbours are so friendly. It really feels like a community where people look out for each other.

After retiring, we wanted somewhere calm but not isolated. Here we’ve found the perfect balance—peaceful surroundings, lovely walks, and great people. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy this stage of life.

The park is always spotless and the grounds are looked after so well. We feel safe here, which was very important to us. It’s comforting to know we can relax and enjoy our home without any worries.

From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel welcome. There’s always someone to chat with, and the social atmosphere is just right—not too busy, but never lonely.

We were nervous about downsizing, but our park home is modern, cosy, and easy to maintain. We’ve got everything we need, and more time to enjoy ourselves instead of worrying about upkeep.

What we love most is the community spirit. Whether it’s a cup of tea with neighbours or a small event on the park, there’s always something to look forward to.
